1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by 25ph12 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you," "your," or "the User") and 25ph12 operating under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and licensing requirements.

If you do not agree with any provision contained within these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging with any services offered. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

These Terms apply to all users of the 25ph12 platform including but not limited to registered members, guest browsers, and any person accessing the website through any means or device. The Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 25ph12 including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus usage, customer support interactions, and all other platform functionalities.

25ph12 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify 25ph12 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to maintain accurate and current account information at all times. You must notify 25ph12 promptly of any changes to your registration information including but not limited to changes in address, telephone number, or email address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your 25ph12 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

25ph12 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified in your account dashboard. You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds become available for gaming purposes according to the processing times of each payment method. 25ph12 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases of documented processing errors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your account dashboard using any payment method you have previously used for deposits and verified with 25ph12. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and may be delayed pending completion of satisfactory verification procedures.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the platform. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, typically ranging from two (2) to four (4) hours for e-wallet methods and up to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers. 25ph12 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

25ph12 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions or patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or investigation. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Terms

25ph12 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and time limitations. These specific terms are displayed in the promotional material for each bonus offer and must be read and understood before claiming any bonus.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 25ph12 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses and associated winnings if we determine in our sole discretion that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse bonus offers or is playing in a way inconsistent with recreational gaming patterns.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 6.3 Disconnections

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25ph12 platform and will result in account suspension or closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or fraud
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors for personal gain
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Charging back or reversing deposits through payment providers without legitimate cause

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 25ph12 platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and compilation thereof is the property of 25ph12 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

The 25ph12 name, logo, and all related names, marks, and branding are trademarks of 25ph12 and may not be used without authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25ph12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors in platform operation
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors

25ph12's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to the platform during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 25ph12 platform shall first be addressed through our customer support team. You agree to contact support and attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing any formal action.

If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, bonus terms, or account issues, 25ph12's decision is final and binding. We maintain detailed logs of all transactions and gameplay which may be reviewed in dispute resolution processes.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your 25ph12 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification and wagering requirements. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may not be closed until such requirements are completed or forfeited.

11.2 Termination by 25ph12

25ph12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time with or without notice for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, multiple account creation, or any conduct we deem in our sole discretion to be detrimental to the platform or other users.

Upon termination by 25ph12 for violation of terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any account balance including deposits and winnings. In cases of termination without violation, remaining balance will be returned to you subject to verification requirements and after deduction of any outstanding debts or chargebacks.

12. Amendments to Terms

25ph12 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification to registered addresses and/or prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

Your continued use of the 25ph12 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 25ph12 will not be liable for any failure on your part to review modified terms.
